- Own delivery for cross-functional technology initiatives end to end.
- Translate business goals into clear, sequenced engineering plans.
- Manage risk, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
- Champion the team culture and remove blockers proactively.
What you bring
- 8+ years leading technical projects or engineering delivery.
- Fluency with modern software delivery practices and tooling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- PMP, Agile certifications, or equivalent experience a plus.
